The team you’ve put together in my local store is outstanding. I have never received anything less than 100% attention. Their courtesy and knowledge has been outstanding at a time when other retailers simply don’t make the effort.. you’re at the top of your game and that’s when it’s most dangerous and companies start to fall away , look what happened to blockbusters, the great customer service you offer at the moment doesn’t happen by accident and keeping standards as high as you have them is not always easy but it is definitely always worth it. People rarely return to a shop whether they’ve had an unhappy or satisfactory experience and our farm more likely to return to one where the experience has been good..
