Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service - Next Day*
- Place an order before 3pm for same day dispatch and next-day delivery*
- Deliveries are sent out Monday - Friday (*excluding bank holidays)
- Fully tracked service with a 2-hour delivery window
- Safe place option
- £0.99 on orders over £20
- £1.99 for orders under £20
- *Orders to remote areas may not arrive until a day later

- Place an order before 3pm for same day dispatch and 2-3 day delivery*
- Deliveries are sent out Monday - Friday (*excluding bank holidays)
- Fully tracked service with a 2-hour delivery window
- Safe place option
- FREE on orders over £20
- £0.99 for orders under £20
- *Orders to remote areas may take 4-5 days to arrive.

We process orders 7 days a week, so if your order is in stock, and place before 3pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will still be picked and packed, but not sent until the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the next working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes, International or BFPO addresses
Smoketronics ships to addresses within mainland UK and to redirection service addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping to Guernsey, Jersey, or any international destination.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Smoketronics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
