We use Royal Mail Tracked 24–48 (1–2 business days) for UK deliveries.
You can choose between 24-hour or 48-hour tracked delivery at checkout.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.
Please note: weekends, bank holidays, or remote locations may add an extra day.

The JUUL 2 Starter Kit is the next generation of JUUL device. Designed to deliver more cigarette-like satisfaction when compared to original JUUL, the compact JUUL 2 provides a robust and authentic draw designed for adult smokers.
Utilising a lightweight and highly-portable design, the JUUL 2 Starter Kit prioritises ease of use; simply attach a JUUL2 pod and inhale on the mouthpiece to activate. This kit includes two pods, one Virginia Tobacco and one Crisp Menthol flavour, plus a USB charging dock - everything you need to get started.
Both battery capacity and e-liquid pods are larger with the JUUL 2, providing long-lasting performance. Each JUUL 2 pod contains 70% more e-liquid and improved heat technology for a consistent draw.
The JUUL 2 has several user-focused features to enhance your experience and keep your device secure. Check your battery level instantly by tapping the side of the device twice; four LED lights display your current charge level.
Similarly, when inserting a JUUL 2 pod, the LED display will first flash white to show an authentic pod has been attached and then glow purple to show the amount of e-liquid left in the pod. For further insights into your usage and device, pair your JUUL 2 with the JUUL App on the Google Play store and lock your JUUL 2 remotely and keep track of your device's location.
