Smoketronics Loyalty Programme – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Smoketronics Loyalty Programme ("Program"). By enrolling, earning or redeeming points, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

1. Eligibility & Membership

  1. The Program is open to individuals who create a valid Smoketronics account.
  2. Membership is free.
  3. Only one account per person/email may be used in the Program.
  4. The Program is available to residents eligible for ordering via the Smoketronics website or purchasing in-store, in the United Kingdom (or other applicable regions notified by Smoketronics).
  5. Smoketronics reserves the right to exclude employees, contractors or other associated persons from participation.

2. How to Earn Points

  1. Upon creating an account you will receive an initial 10 loyalty points. 
  2. For every £1.00 spent on eligible purchases (online or in-store), you will earn 10 loyalty points.
  3. Points are earned on the final amount paid after discounts or promotions.
  4. Points are not awarded on purchases made prior to enrolment in the Program.
  5. Points will not be awarded for returns, cancelled orders, or refunded purchases. In such cases, points related to those purchases will be removed or reversed.

3. Redeeming Points / Rewards

  1. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases only (i.e. a reduction in the order total). Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. 
  2. Redemption thresholds and values are: 
    1. 500 points = £2.50 off 
    2. 1,000 points = £5.00 off 
    3. 1,500 points = £7.50 off 
    4. 2,000 points = £10.00 off 
  3. Minimum points necessary to redeem: 500 points. 
  4. Maximum redemption per transaction: 4,000 points (£20 off).
  5. Points can be redeemed both online (at checkout) and in store. For in-store redemption, provide your name or the email address associated with your account. 
  6. Points may be applied only to eligible products as defined by Smoketronics. Smoketronics reserves the right to exclude certain products from redemption (e.g. sale items, gift cards, restricted products, shipping, taxes) — such exclusions, if any, will be clearly indicated.
  7. Points cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards.
  8. Redeemed points will be deducted from your account at the time of redemption.

4. Points Expiry & Account Status

  1. Your loyalty points do not expire. 
  2. Smoketronics reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Program (or a member’s participation) at any time. In such event, unused or unredeemed points may be forfeited.
  3. If you choose to opt-out of the Program, or your account is closed or terminated, all accumulated and unredeemed points will be lost and cannot be reinstated.

5. Restrictions & Non-transferability / Non-Cash Value

  1. Points and rewards are personal to the registered account holder. They are not transferable or assignable to any other person or account. 
  2. Points have no cash value, except to the extent applied as a discount in accordance with these Terms. 
  3. Points may not be sold, traded, redeemed for cash, or used for the benefit of non-members.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Program Integrity

  1. Smoketronics may withhold, cancel or reverse any points or rewards if it suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation or violation of these Terms. 
  2. Any attempt to misuse points (e.g. multiple accounts, collusion, unauthorised redemption) may result in suspension or termination of your membership, and loss of points.
  3. Smoketronics’ decision regarding such matters will be final.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

  1. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data (e.g. name, email, purchase history) for the purposes of administering the Program.
  2. Smoketronics will handle your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with unrelated third parties except as required to operate the Program (e.g. payment processors, fulfilment partners).

8. Changes to the Terms & Programme

  1. Smoketronics reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program (or any part thereof), or to change the number of points earned per pound spent, the redemption values, thresholds or other aspects of the Program, at any time, with or without prior notice. 
  2. Any changes will be posted on the Smoketronics website; your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  3. Smoketronics will make reasonable efforts to notify members of major changes (for example, via email or announcement on the website), but it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

9. General Conditions & Liability Limitations

  1. Smoketronics makes no warranty that the Program and/or the website will operate without interruption or error.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoketronics disclaims any liability for any losses, damages, or costs arising from (i) malfunction, (ii) inability to redeem points, (iii) system errors, (iv) modification, suspension or termination of the Program.
  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or applicable jurisdiction).
