2. Purchase of Gift Cards

• Gift cards may be purchased in denominations of £15, £25, £50, £100.

• No additional fees will apply to the purchase or use of gift cards.

3. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed in store or online at smoketronics.co.uk.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except as required by law.

• To redeem a gift card, the unique code provided must be entered at checkout.

• Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction unless otherwise stated.

4. Validity and Expiration

• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

• Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

• Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for eligible products and services in store or online at smoketronics.co.uk.

• If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.

6. Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

• Gift cards are not valid for the purchase of other gift cards.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded unless proof of purchase is provided, and at our discretion.

7. Fraud and Misuse

• We reserve the right to cancel a gift card or suspend its use if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Refunds and Returns
